Claim Policy:

All claims must be received within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please notify us via email and provide the following: Invoice #, Picture of items damaged, Picture of packaging with bar code if applicable and the total Number of stems damaged. We will contact you in regards to how we will issue a credit if deemed applicable and what to do with the flowers. Any flowers shipped with your own private courier, becomes your responsibility once they leave our shop. We take extreme care to pack your items according to the weather and are not liable for temperature damage to any items.
